Transformational Leadership Course

The Transformational Leadership course is a 1.5-day program designed to provide professionals with advanced leadership skills through an interactive framework. Held at the Carnegie Center in New Jersey, the course will feature two expert faculty trainers, including Dr. Neil M. Rofsky, who will lead participants through solution-focused principles, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and motivational interviewing techniques. This highly interactive program will include simulation and practice sessions to enhance emotional intelligence, strategic decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. The course will span Saturday through Sunday, a full day on Saturday and a half day on Sunday, accommodating up to 40 learners. The Transformational Leadership training is built on evidence-based methodologies, integrating solution-focused principles, cognitive-behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and Socratic inquiry to address complex organizational challenges and foster professional growth.
